Quick Blurb on Running

Running is getting better, though I am somewhat dismayed at the fact that I’m not losing any weight. If I’m being honest, though, it is probably because I’m not really making anything more than a half-assed effort at it.

I’m back up to 5.5 miles, with 6 planned for Saturday. That will put me back where I was when I failed out, which means I can consider anything beyond that point progress. The farthest I’ve ever done in one sitting (standing) is eight, so after 8 I’ll be in new territory.

Yeah, I have nothin’. ;-)
