NaBloPoMo – I Get Lame(r)

Sunday, November 1st, 2009

In a fit of pre-alcohol, pre-television stupor, I have signed up for National Blog Posting Month. As such, I’ve got to post once a day for thirty days. Assuming I remember that I signed up, this should be a piece of cake. I haven’t got a whole lot to say, but I sure to spend a lot of time saying it.

Anyway.

This weekend was actually pretty awesome. Despite literal last minute cancellations on Friday (we’re talking cancellations at 4:57p as I was literally starting the car to drive to DC) the weekend turned out well. As I may have mentioned once or twice, Jennie and I headed to the beltway to see Mastodon & Dethklok, live. The concert was, in a word, awesome. I was going to bitch about the lack of a real bar, but it turned out well overall. If we can manage it, we might even try to go when they hit the Norva.

My ears should have stopped ringing by then. ;-)
